Young, fresh wines, combines well with starters, cheeses, fish (seafood included) and fresh desserts. Older vintages, where other aromas and third flavors are felt, than we should suggest meals with more spice flavors (like ginger, peppers) and herbs. Preferably decant 5 minutes before specially those with more than 3 years in the bottle.
