This program includes 3 wines

  • Sem Mal, an interpretation of the white wine that belongs to the History of the Vinho Verde Region.

  • A Brut Nature White Sparkling made using the classic method of sparkling wines and aged for 40 months.

  • A Pet-Nat Sparkling Rosé that results from 100% vinification in the bottle (ancestral method).

New & Old Vineyards

The primary aim of this tasting is to highlight the core characteristics of our wine profile: dry wines with a long finish and strong gastronomic appeal. We will also demonstrate the distinct qualities that wines from Old Vineyards (Ramadas*) possess compared to those from New Vineyards. | Price: 50 euros (per person)

*Ramadas are vines in the old training system (pergola style), where we still preserve vines that are almost 90 years old.

Here, we invite you to savor the harmonious pairing of our wines with the rich flavors of Portuguese cuisine, creating an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.| Price: 40 euros (per person)

  • Old Kitchen Experience – Embark on a truly exclusive experience with us, where we craft a bespoke meal just for you, prepared over the wooden fire ovens in our historic Old Kitchen. | Price: 75 euros (per person) | Minimum of 6 participants required.
