BUBBLES TASTING PROGRAM

Bubbles with History

This program includes 3 wines

  • Sem Mal, an interpretation of the white wine that belongs to the History of the Vinho Verde Region.

  • A Brut Nature White Sparkling made using the classic method of sparkling wines and aged for 40 months.

  • A Pet-Nat Sparkling Rosé that results from 100% vinification in the bottle (ancestral method).

SPECIAL TASTING PROGRAM

New & Old Vineyards

The primary aim of this tasting is to highlight the core characteristics of our wine profile: dry wines with a long finish and strong gastronomic appeal. We will also demonstrate the distinct qualities that wines from Old Vineyards (Ramadas*) possess compared to those from New Vineyards. | Price: 50 euros (per person)

*Ramadas are vines in the old training system (pergola style), where we still preserve vines that are almost 90 years old.

  • Local restaurant with the producers – Your experience begins with a visit and wine tasting at our winery. Afterward, enjoy a brief 10-minute drive to a nearby partner restaurant. Here, we invite you to savor the harmonious pairing of our wines with the rich flavors of Portuguese cuisine, creating an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.| Price: 40 euros (per person)

  • Old Kitchen Experience – Embark on a truly exclusive experience with us, where we craft a bespoke meal just for you, prepared over the wooden fire ovens in our historic Old Kitchen. | Price: 75 euros (per person) | Minimum of 6 participants required.
