Sem Igual Rosé Barricas Wine

Sem Igual Rosé Barricas

Sem Igual Rosé Barricas is made from Touriga Nacional (50%) and Baga (50%) grapes. The nice light salmon/cooper color with flowers, red fruit, some vegatable and lots of minerality aromas, yet on the palate, it is fresh, dry, with a very long finish. Several editions available, since 2019. Around 800 bottles produced in average.

Touriga Nacional and Baga, from a single vineyard located at 260m altitude in granite soil. Manually picked in excellent sanitary condition, into small boxes (17 kg), direct extremely light pressing, full bunches, both Touriga Nacional and Baga blended. The wine ages in used French oak barrels for 7 months. The wine is normally released after aging 1 additional year in the bottle.

For a delightful pairing experience, consider a gastronomic rosé with a subtle hint of smoke. This versatile wine complements a range of dishes, from mixed salads featuring cheese and dried fruits, to meats like turkey, duck, and lamb. It also pairs beautifully with select fish options such as smoked salmon, red mullet, and shrimp.
