
Sem Igual Ramadas Metal
Sem Igual Ramadas Metal is made from old vines Arinto and Azal grapes, planted in 1931, following the pergola training system called “Ramadas” here in Portugal. The a light yellow color with citrus and mineral aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, bone dry, nice mid palate structure, with a very long finish, perfect for pairing with white rich fish dishes, red meat and some heavy spicy food. Wines with great aging potential. Only a few editions available, being the initial one 2017. Around 600 bottles produced in average. This wine is available only in exceptional years, so far 2017, 2018 and 2021.
